Hall Rentals

The Greenhorn Community Grange Hall #384 is available for rental by the community for their event needs. 

Current spaces available for renting are our Main Hall, Meeting Room, Primary Parlor, Secondary Parlor, Parts of the Kitchen.

We have three options for renting, those are a 1 to 5, 6 to 12, 13-to-24, and Multi Day agreements. They are linked and listed below for printing. 

All Renters are required to acquire or provide existing insurance additionally naming the "Greenhorn Community Grange Hall #384" in their documents that are then to be submitted to the Hall Secretary to secure the rental time they want. 

We recommend the following: www.TheEventHelper.com is you don't already have insurance. They have one day insurance policies and rates. 

Kitchen - Cannot Rent at This Time - Use of Fridge & Service Counter is Permitted if submitted in writing to the Grange Hall Officers in Advance

The G.H.C.G.  will be locked at all times unless in use. 

No tobacco inside or on the porch. No drugs permitted at any time.

No music outside the grange after 10:00 pm. 

Clean up arrangements to be made on a case-by-case basis in writing with the renting organization.

If the Grange is not in a satisfactory condition the required deposit stated below will be forfeited. Any and all damages will be repaired immediately at the renter's expense. If the repairs cannot be done satisfactorily to G.H.C.G. by the renters, a contractor will be hired. Repairs will be completed at the renter’s expense. 

Building walkthrough of the venue is a free service and done before moving forward with the below. 

Building Deposit is required prior to the event and after the renter has sent their event insurance, signed and returned this contract, and all three listed officers have signed the returned contract.

 

Rental fee is due prior to the event date, at which time the renter will be given a key to the building.

Once the agreement signed, if cancellation is needed, it must be made in writing & with a phone call to the Greenhorn Grange Officers in no more than 30 days and no less than 15 days prior to scheduled usage of the hall

For all renters this will result in a percentage of their deposit being kept for that selected time being unavailable for others.

If changes to the type of contract (Time length) being used for the rental is needed the renter needs to inform the Hall Officers at minimum 10 days prior to already scheduled rental. If booking ends up being shorter than planned, the renter still pays the prior agreed amount.

RENTAL RATES

Required Deposit - $20 x However many months option is selected Up Front or for one-time rentals its $20

Both Packages below combined are $35 an Hour Per Day (Not to exceed 5 Hours in a day)

Meeting Hall (Behind Main Hall by Kitchen) - $20 an Hour Per Day (Not to exceed 5 Hours in a day) (Ramp Entrance, Foyer Use, two spots on the Bulletin Board for Marketing of Events/ Future Meetings and Bathroom Use Included in this Package)

Main Hall - $25 an Hour Per Day (Not to exceed 5 Hours in a Day) (Ramp Entrance, Foyer Use, two spots on the Bulletin Board for Marketing of Events/ Future Meetings and Bathroom Use Included in this Package)

(Main Hall, Foyer, Meeting Room) $175 for 1st 6 hours, $350 for full 12 hours.

Scale Option Available for needs of 7 to 11 hours ($29.17 extra an hour)

 

Main Hall

(Main Hall, Foyer) $130 for 1st 6 hours, $260 for the full 12 hours

Scale Option Available for needs of 7 to 11 hours ($21.67 extra an hour)

 

Meeting Room

(Meeting Room, Foyer) $45 for 1st 6 hours, $90 for the full 12 hour

Scale Option Available for needs of 7 to 11 hours ($7.50 extra an hour)

Scale Option Available for needs of 14 to 23 hours ($12.50 extra and hour)

 

Meeting Room (Meeting Room, Foyer) $50 for 1st 13 hours, $100 for full 24 hour period

Scale Option Available for needs of 14 to 23 hours ($4.17 extra an hour)
